    有想辞职的冲动！

          来这家公司也有2年了，当初来的时候雄心勃勃，认为自己肯定可以在这家公司里大展拳脚，我所需要的只是时间和历练，可到头来发现了，做什么事情都会有人束缚左右，我真的厌倦了这种环境，一点小钱都会斤斤计较的公司真的没有什么可以留恋的了，最让我吃不消的就是单休和那些冠冕堂皇的所谓企业文化！
        一直以来我很看好公司，甚至公司有了业绩，尽管我没有一分钱的分红，我都会心理暗自高兴，这是实话，但的确现在我对它很失望，不良的指导思想已经使公司进入了一个恶性循环的初始阶段，我的确无力回天，因为我太渺小！不过，看着公司的坠落我还是很心痛的，毕竟我曾经那么看好这里，第一天来上班的那个兴奋劲我到现在还记得，我精心挑选衣服，化妆，反复拉衣服上一个小小的皱褶，呵呵！也许那个时候的举动现在看来都觉得可笑！
        不过，公司的管理变成现在这样我很心痛，真的！
